The Year 12 HMS 10-Day Recall Sprint is a ready-to-use classroom revision system covering every dot point across:

3. 89 Printable Flashcards

A complete set of double-sided question-and-answer flashcards covering Core 1 and Core 2.

The flashcards:

• are numbered from 1 to 89
• include the relevant day, core and syllabus dot point
• are arranged for duplex printing
• include clear long-edge printing instructions
• can be used for individual revision, paired testing or spaced repetition.

How to use the sprint

1. Project the question. Students write everything they can recall before seeing the answer.
2. Reveal and check. Students compare their response with the model response and add missing ideas in another colour.
3. Mark confidence. Students select Got it or Review.
4. Return to gaps. Questions marked Review can become the next lesson’s starter, homework or part of another flashcard round.

A complete written day takes approximately 23–32 minutes, depending on the number of questions. Teachers can also split each day across shorter lesson starters or select particular questions for targeted revision.

How this differs from the free online challenge

The interactive 10 Minutes for 10 Days Challenge remains free to use on the Improving PDHPE website.

You do not need to purchase this bundle to access the online questions.

The paid bundle is for teachers who want:
